When life gives you Monday, dip it in glitter and shine all day.....
1. Dance it out
2. Go for a walk
3. Talk about it
4. Breathe
5. Go to bed earlier
6. Focus on what you can control
7. Reminisce about good times
8. Ask for a hug
9. Look for opportunities in life's challenges
10. Smile :)
Seems easy enough...
Tomorrow is National Tell A Joke day so I need to also work on my jokes for Wednesday. Sometimes it's hard to find work appropriate jokes that aren't too childish but I'll make it work somehow.
Well the boys are up so I guess it's time to get up and get them fed and let out and prepare for the constant royal rumble *face palm*
Until next time, be nice to each other

Well technically it's Tuesday morning but in my head it's early enough to still be considered Monday "yawn" I started this yesterday but I didn't have time to finish it but I figured I would take advantage of the fact that Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum are still asleep to finish it. So I should probably explain that I have recently been promoted at my job (I started a new job in March and was promoted end of last month - thank you thank you please hold your applause) and in an attempt to motivate and get my team and make our team the most fun and least stressed team in the call center I have been doing things like leaving random jokes, quotes, and positive daily affirmations on their desks every night so they come in to work with something on their desk to make them either laugh or set the tone for the day. Yesterday I also challenged two of my girls to a squat challenge. It was one I found on Pinterest and I'm thinking of challenging the other girls (and one guy) to other challenges. Anything to keep them pumped and motivated. It was fun to see how excited they were when I told them I would do this with them. So far it's been really fun to see and hear their reactions when they come in to the notes on their desk. I want to motivate them to be the best version of themselves. Seeing other people do well and succeed makes me happy and it's kind of self serving because I kind of get to say look at them...I did that (lol). Part of doing this is looking up random little or unknown holidays and today is National Relaxation Day and coincidentally I'm off today (switched days with another supervisor) and I plan on doing nothing but whatever the heck I want. I'm going to do my nails, take a long shower, bake brownies, vacuum (because a clean house is a happy house) and I'm not sure what else at this point. One of the things I left on their desks today was a list of ways to relax and reduce stress so I'll share some here too
