Let's do this

Man it feels good to wake up and be sore again. I went back to the gym Tuesday and yesterday and after being out since basically Thanksgiving I'm hurting lol. My shoulder and hip are pretty banged up but it will get better again once I get back in the swing of things. I also need to start doing something about my weight. I'm sick of being heavy and uncomfortable. I am going to try to figure out the calories in the smoothie I made yesterday. I drank half before the gym then put in the freezer and had for dessert. It was half a banana, a scoop of peanut butter, about 1/3 cup of milk and a handful of oatmeal. When I had it for dessert I added a squirt of chocolate sauce. It's filling so it makes a good breakfast shake too. I also just made a drink with a cup of mixed berries, about half a handful of baby spinach and a cup of white cranberry juice. It tastes better than I expected so I will be making it again and maybe adding protien powder. I think it would be super good. Operation shorty shorts is in full effect.
