Well all the gifts have been gifted and the cookies have been eaten and now it's time to put the house back in order and find room for all the wonderful things we have been given. It was weird to only have one place to go yesterday and it made me sad for a minute but it's hard to stay down for long when I am so blessed. It will be nice to see them again soon and be around people that are as crazy as me (lol).
A random note I made Crab Rangoon Dip for the first time and it was a hit. I didn't take a picture but I will post the recipe 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
1-8oz package of cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t garlic powder
1 T powdered sugar
Mix the cream cheese, crab and onion with an electric mixer until blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until mixed. Put in a baking dish and head up at 350 degrees until it's warm. Serve with crackers or wonton chips
I got mixed reviews on it being hot vs "cold" so you could also serve it at room temperature and you might want to make extra so you have some the next day cause I sure know I wish I had
