Can't win...

I have to get this off my chest but I feel like the biggest dick bag right about now.   I thought we were doing the right thing by taking Sophie in and allowing them to do the surgery on her ear but ever since she has been so up and down and it's making me crazy!   It's been almost three weeks and she's still not getting any better and if anything she's getting worse.  It just makes me sad that we tried to get her better and I feel like it was for nothing.  I will feel even worse if in the end we have to put her to sleep and we had put her through all of this for no reason...
