Spring has sprung...finally

After a long and miserable winter it looks like Spring has finally decided to come back and you know what that means...yardwork, yardwork and more yardwork.  We did some gardening this weekend and I love it!!!!  After 2 years in the same apartment we have finally decided that we're going to stay here until Sarah finishes school and we see if we'll be staying in Freeport or moving rather than move every year or so.  It was a fun time and I think it turned out really cute...

We had this sign from forever ago but just added the flowers and fence to keep the rabbits from eating our flowers.  We have more stuff to add we just didn't get around to it because we had to get done before the hockey game started (Go Hawks!!!)

I guess the gnomes like it in our backyard because they built a house in our tree. We are going to help them out and put in a stone path to the door...

I can't to see it once we're all don but knowing us/Sarah it won't ever be done.  She's the queen of overkill but most of the time it turns out really cute so I guess I can't really complain.

Sarah is super excited she's going to her first AWEA conference tomorrow and I'm excited for her!!!

She's doing so good in school and I'm happy for her and I can't wait to hear all about it.  I just hope for her sake it turns out to be everything she hopes it will be.
