I can't believe in a little over 13 and a half hours January 2012 will be over. Where did the time go??? I just wanted to take some time to recap the happenings of the month.
It started out the best way I can think of, ringing in the new year with some of the most important people in my life. Sarah and I went to my parent's house and played games, watched the countdown and had snacks with my brother, s-i-l and Boogie Man. We stayed till almost midnight and then went home so we could ring in the new year together and welcome our new future. So far it's been awesome!!!!! There were some good times with friends and family and some not so good times but all in all I can't complain. I wish I could have skipped the day my brother left for boot camp but that day something else exciting happened and when the time is right I'll let you in on what that is (wink wink). I also got engaged on the 21st. It didn't go over well with some people but o well I guess if they don't want to be part of our life and future they don't have to be. I'm not going to let that/them worry me or take away from how happy and close to perfect my life is right now. Sarah also started school this month which kind of stinks but it has to be done. I had my chance and unfortunately things just didn't work out so now it's her turn. I plan on going back once she's done so I guess I better decide on what it is that I want to do for real this time so I don't waste a bunch of time and take unecessary classes like I did before, that was awful!
Most of the really exciting stuff is still a secret so I don't have much to write right now but once it's time for the secret to come out I will for sure be updating everyone.
I will be putting up Valentine's Day decorations tonight and I have another craft project for you all that I will post tomorrow
