So winter is officially here, and I'm not at all happy about it!!! It was a system shock to go from 50 degree temps to shin deep in snow. I did, however, finally buy winter boots and I am wondering what the heck I was thinking wearing sneakers all this time. My feet are both warm and dry and they're cute too. I can also tuck my pants into them and voila no more soppy jeans, yay!!!!!
I know I haven't been keeping up with my blog this week but I've been busy crocheting a blanket and I'm not sure that is very exciting but I am going to start making V-Day decorations soon so I'll get those posted as I get them done. Speaking of Valentine's Day our house looks like a cross between a Hallmark and a flower shop. I have been one seriously spoiled girl this week. I got flowers 3 times, several cards, 3 balloons (the cat has confiscated 1 of them) and an adorable little red teddy bear. I'm not sure what I did to deserve all these sweet gifts but I sure hope someone lets me know so I can keep doing it lol.
One thing that I did get yesterday that is blogworty is another freebie from work. A Sharpie pen and it's awesome!!! It writes like an ink pen but has the staying power of a Sharpie. A big plus to this is that it doesn't bleed through to the next page so I was able to use it all day without messing up my entire notebook. I love it and have added it to my stash of stuff that goes with me back and forth to work so I can use them whenever.
