I don't often have a day where I can't find one single thing to complain about and today is one of them. The sun is shining and it's actually warm out (well as warm as can be expected for January) which in itself is reason to be happy but then you add a new season of Jersey Shore starts tonigh, Sarah's unemployment being approved for the time she was in between jobs, her being eligible for more financial aid for school, my bigger pay check and a refund check from ComEd for a whopping $3.37...I can hardly stand myself right now I'm so giddy!!!!! As I was sitting here thinking to myself that this day couldn't possibly get any better it did, we got a set of the new InkJoy pens from PaperMate (I work for NewellRubbermaid and one of the many perks of this job is we get to try out new products). Now to say I am an office supply junkie is a gross understatement. I am obsessed with office supplies and I'm always on the look out for something newer and cooler than what I already have (I found instructions to "cuten up" binder clips omg I nearly tinkled I was so excited. I can't wait to get home to make some) and I am going to be hard pressed to find a better pen than the InkJoy!!!!! The colors are awesome-the pink is my favorite...but then again I'm even more addicted to the color pink than I am office supplies. My biggest issue with pens, well all writting utensils is the size. They can't be too big or too small and they can't have anything funky on them to hurt my fingers and these are perfect. I hold my pens and pencils weird and it's hard for me to find things that fit the bill for me but these do it for sure. They also write really smooth. I know that might sound strange but if you've ever had a pen that you have to really put some effort into using you will get it. There seems to be no drag across the paper and I used them on printer paper and regular lined notebook paper. They require very little hand pressure so I can see these being perfect for note taking. I'm going to be looking into these for Sarah for sure. She's going to have to get her own pack of pens though cause if she touches mine she may come back missing a finger!!!! I'm kidding of course...maybe...I told you I'm a junkie and she better not mess with my fix lol. I can't wait to get home and write on just about everything I can get my hands on and I may even write a letter or two just to try out my new fangled ink pens.
Well I'm going to get back to work so until nex time
Love Peace and Chicken grease
PS: This day CAN get better!!!! I went upstairs to see what kind of "junk" was in the vending machine and they had popcorn!!!! I love popcorn!!!!!
